Frank Weber, who has served as the vehicle line engineer for the Chevrolet Volt program for the past two and an half years, is packing up his wife and kids and moving back to Germany next month. Before he leaves, though, he will be sitting down at the keyboard alongside his successor Doug Parks for a web-chat this afternoon. You can pose your questions on the latest status of the Volt program directly to the guys that have been and will be running the show.

Things are moving along rapidly on the program with a recently-completed 1,200 mile development drive and plans to let a contest winner drive the car in Los Angeles next month. Check out (and participate in) the chat after the jump.
